PSP Reboot #20: Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops Plus

Like Metal Gear Solid:  Peace Walker this game's biggest downfall is the controls.  Though, the thing about this game is that there is no story.  There are only levels that you play.  You pick a difficulty and go.  It's annoying though because if you lose at a level, you have to play all of the levels in that difficulty tier over again to retry it.  This was especially frustrating because I would get to the last level and I would basically lose because I couldn't get a good handle on the camera controls.  This was a big deal because the last level of the 'normal' difficulty tier was an escape level that you couldn't just sneak through.  It took quick movements and action kind of gameplay which require a good handle on the controls.

The sneaking levels were fun but the action is impossible; kind of like Metal Gear Solid:  Peace Walker.  Although, it was pretty fun trying to 1v1 with a friend.  In that, you're both equally inhibited so everyone sucks.  YAY!!!

Oh, and, pass this one up.
